Terms of service

These terms are between you and the company named on your receipt ("we"), which runs ShopLeads (shopleads.io). By creating an account or using the API, you agree to them. If you use ShopLeads for a company, you agree for that company too.

Your account

Keep your sign-in and API keys private. You're responsible for what happens under your account. You must be old enough to enter a contract and must give us accurate details.

Trials, plans and credits

• A trial needs a card. It gives you the days and credits shown when you start it, one trial per person and per card. Unless you cancel first, your card is charged for the plan you picked when the trial ends. Free credits you haven't used end with the trial.
• Plans renew monthly at the current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Manage billing, and your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for.
• Credits are spent when you open a contact, at the prices shown in the product. Plan credits roll over only as the product describes and end with the plan. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred.
• A discount lasts only for the time shown with it.
• Payments aren't refundable except where the law requires it or the product says so, such as a credit returned for a confirmed Waterfall bounce.
• If a payment is disputed, we may lock the account until the dispute ends.

How you may use the data

You may use ShopLeads data for your own lawful business outreach and research. You must:

• follow the laws that apply to your outreach, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL and the telemarketing rules where you call
• honor every opt-out and removal request
• keep the data secure, and delete what someone has asked you to remove

You must not:

• resell, publish or share the data as a list or a database, or use it to build a competing product
• scrape the site, or get around the API limits, credit charges, or any other control
• open more than one trial, or use the service to harass anyone or send unlawful messages

Accuracy and results

People change jobs and stores change tools, so the data can be out of date or wrong. We check emails and show their status, but we don't guarantee that any contact is correct or that any email will be delivered. Results anyone reports are their own, and we don't promise you the same replies, meetings or sales.

Our rights

The service, its software and its compiled data belong to us or our licensors. We may change or stop features. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service, or other people, at risk.

Liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties except those the law doesn't let us exclude. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

You'll cover claims against us that come from how you used the data or broke these terms.

Changes, law and contact

If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and tell account holders by email. Continuing to use ShopLeads means you accept the change. These terms are governed by the laws of the place where we are established. Questions: [email protected].
